The State of Michigan has pledged 20 years of funding from its Tobacco Settlement money to support collaborative life sciences research between universities and to create a favorable environment for life sciences business development. The corridor’s four research institutions and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation are making a lot of news. The state is leading successful commercialization of ideas created by the University of Michigan and other Corridor partners. Connect with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s supporting departments, as well as the partner institutions Wayne State University, Michigan State University and the Van Andel Research Institute in Grand Rapids.
